What made you choose your school? I was interested in the University of Florida after I took the campus tour. I fell in love with the large campus because it reminded me of New York. The friendliness of the students and the diversity of the campus contributed to my decision as well.
What activity makes you happy? Attending Florida Gator sporting events and watching the New York Yankees play.
What is your biggest pet peeve? People who misuse "your" and "you're".
What is something about you that might surprise someone? I have a throat disease called Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I do not eat any cake, cookies, brownies, or anything closely related to those foods.
What is your favorite book, movie, or TV show and why? My favorite book is The Grapes of Wrath because it documents a story that truly encompasses the meaning of never giving up in whatever you choose to do. My favorite movie is Black Swan. I never thought a movie about a ballerina would be so encaptivating but the craft of the movie is clever and thrilling. My favorite TV show is Dexter. Although Dexter is a serial killer, the audience is drawn to him because of his charisma and family man personality.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why? I'd like to visit Italy because of its culture and cuisine.
If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be? I would want the ability to heal sick and disease stricken people so they do not have to suffer anymore.
If you had a million dollars, how would you spend it? I would pay off the rest of my college bill, give some of my money to my parents so they could pay off bills, and I'd like to get an apartment in New York City.
What are your plans for after graduation? After graduation, I plan on moving back to New York. I want to work in sports media and there is no other place that could offer as many opportunites as New York.
