Keep a Schedule

I was nervous to take Accounting 1 online, but the teacher helped make the class a breeze. The workload was consistent; at the beginning of the semester, the teacher gave us a detailed schedule of homework, quizzes, and tests. There was much interaction via email between students and the teacher. I wrote down the due dates for each assignment on a calendar so that I could keep up with my work. It was a great learning experience on how to be responsible for assignments without being reminded. Plus, it was nice only commuting on exam dates.

Registration Headaches

The main reason I chose this school was because of the agricultural majors it offers and the small class sizes. However, registering for classes each semester can be a pain, especially since I have completed most of the requirements for my degree. This means I have a limited number of classes to fit into my schedule, and sometimes there may be only one class offered that semester. Advisors are extremely helpful, though.

Diversity

Something that I like about my college is that the diversity range is pretty big. I know there are students from more than twenty different countries that are currently attending. I like it because we all get to interact with different cultures.
