I Don't Regret History

I never had a problem choosing my major. The problem was always about choosing a minor to compliment my major. I went from a Journalism minor, to an English minor, to a Spanish minor, and I have chosen Sociology as my final minor. The three previous minors were subjects that I am still very interested in and continue to enjoy studying today, but I found that the Sociology program is very strong at Adrian and it will benefit my future better as I would like to pursue Anthropology. One thing that I do regret about my college time was not being able to focus more on Art History. Adrian College does not allow an Art History minor along with a History major, so I was unfortunately unable to pursue both of those interests. I have taken a couple Art History classes and enjoyed them very much and it is a benefit that some of the History classes involve discussing art pieces from different time periods. Overall, the History department is filled with people who are very willing to help and who are extremely educated in the field.

Off-Campus Dining at Adrian College

Students Are Content, but Would Enjoy More Diversity

the number of off-campus restaurants available to Adrian college students is appropriate for such a small college. A larger variety might be nice, but students seem satisfied with the basic Adrian restaurants. A few of the restaurants even allow for student discounts that quickly become popular throughout the school year. One great thing about the off-campus restaurants is that almost all of them have a large group atmosphere filled with mingling, fun, and conversation, along with having dating atmospheres that allow intimate and comfortable interaction between two people. I gave this a B+, because although Adrian students seem content with the off-campus restaurants available to them, they would always be interested in more authentic ethnic diversity, such as Chinese restaurants that are more than just buffets.

Attractiveness Is Based Off of the Organizations a Student Is Involved With

Physical attractiveness is split half and half at Adrian. Social lives are based on the type of person the students were when they came to college and the specific organizations they involved themselves with during college. If the organizations are more social and promote regular events, the student is more social and outgoing. If the student is involved with a more highly rated group on campus, they will dress nicer, but I have found that those in Fraternities and Sororities dress nicest, because they dress to display their individual Greek organizations and causes on campus. Many students participate in sports on campus and will not normally dress professionally, because they have constant sports games and practices that allow them to under-dress in workout attire.
