The dorms on campus are fairly spacious and fully furnished. The buildings are kept clean and well maintained by the custodial staff. The facilities themselves are old and do need updating, but there is nothing about these dorms that makes them uninhabitable. In fact, the outsides of the dorms are very taken care of. Two of the six dorms, Main and Rebekah, do not have air conditioning, and this is often the biggest complaint from residents in these dorms. Currently, there is only heat in these two buildings, and the College is looking to renovate the central air conditioning soon. All of the dorms, except for Avery Glen and the theme houses, are close to all of the academic buildings on campus. It will literally take you less than five minutes to walk to more than half of the academic buildings from wherever you are housed on campus. The walk from Avery Glen to campus is approximately five minutes, but an extra five minutes is needed if you are to get to class on time. The same goes for the theme houses. Although the walks are very short, residents of these off-campus buildings should allow themselves extra time when going to class.

All of the dorms are subject to quiet hours, with the exception of the apartments and theme houses, so they are all fairly quiet. There is no one dorm on campus that is known for partying; however, the apartments are definitely known for their parties and for being fairly loud. More people go off campus to hang out in the apartments on the weekends, holidays, or special occasions than they do in their own dorms.
