Is there an A+++ option? Agnes Scott is a majority minority school, meaning that over 50% of the college is composed of people of color and international students. There is also a spiritual diversity on campus, with all kinds of clubs-- Daughters of Gaia, Muslim Student Association, NewLife, Baptist Campus Ministry, etc. present around the historically Presbyterian campus. There are people of all economic backgrounds, and plenty of non-traditional students (24+) who are returning for their degrees. Agnes has recently instituted a policy that any female-identified student is welcome at the college, regardless of sex assigned at birth. There is a vibrant LGBTQIA community on campus, and health resources available to people of all sexualities and gender identities. While there are some things to improve on, the overwhelming amount of diversity on campus truly makes Agnes Scott College stand apart in its region and in its class of institution.
