For being such a small, private school, Agnes is extremely diverse when it comes to cultures, ethnicities, places of origin, and economic backgrounds. There are clubs abound that represent minority groups across nearly all cultures, orientations, and religions, that often make their presence known throughout the year. There is a wonderful tolerance for minority groups, religions, sexual orientations, and liberal opinions; however, all of this tolerance of diversity can make those who don't quite fit the "minority" spectrum feel undervalued.

Students who don't feel like they fit the "diverse" or "multicultural" label often don't know where it is they are likely to be accepted if they pursue admission into clubs and organizations. Often, it takes a leap of faith to join a club, but the leap is often rewarded. Through meetings and extracurricular activities, most multicultural organizations do a wonderful job at making everyone feel included once a new person decides to join. Agnes is a wonderfully inclusive community, but a person must be proactive in joining clubs and community activities in order to assuage the threat of exclusivity.
