Did You Know?
  • Agnes's Public Safety officers are certified through Georgia's Peace Officers Standards and Training Council. This certification gives Agnes's Public Safety officers jurisdiction county- and state-wide.
  • Need a jump? Lock your keys in the car? Are you a Scottie? Public Safety can help! The Department of Public Safety offers jump starts and door unlocking services to all Scotties.
  • Any Scottie who finds herself stranded off campus can call a cab and have the cab bring her to the Department of Public Safety. Public Safety pays the fare, but there's a catch: Students should repay the fare within two weeks. Make sure you pay up. The money you repay keeps the fund alive, so Public Safety can keep helping Scotties in need!
