Transportation at Agnes has its pros and cons, as at any school, but overall you can definitely get to where you're going. The campus is compact and easily walkable, so there's no driving to class at Agnes. The library has a program where you can rent bikes to ride around campus or around the Decatur area.

If you're going off campus, Agnes has access to Zipcars and MARTA buses and trains. There are also cab services, but those must be called ahead of time. Zipcars are extremely affordable. There are two plans you can choose from: the occasional driving plan and the extra value plan, which are both inclusive of gas, car insurance, and 180 free miles. You can catch a MARTA bus and pay to ride per trip or buy a pass. These buses will take you wherever you need to go in Atlanta or the Metro Atlanta area. The same goes for MARTA trains. Both are exceptionally affordable and clean. The only downside to MARTA is riding at night. Many women at Agnes don't feel safe riding MARTA alone after 9 p.m. and usually ride with friends.
