It seems like you have to always wait in a 2 hour line or longer and most times they can not get everything cleared on the first time you go in to make sure that your grants and loans are there.

Make sure that you have all of your ducks in a row before you enter the Financial Aid office. The counselors are helpful, but they can't do much if you haven't done your part.

As long as you complete your financial tasks before you arrive to campus when starting a new semester, the financial process will go by smoothly and you can avoid waiting in lines.

They were very slow with things, I just know I have to stay on myself to keep visiting the office.

I received financial aid, when I submitted my documents after my scholarship was posted to my account. But since I'm on a scholarship issued by the university, I can't really expect to receive any refund.
