Albright is one of the personalized school I have ever heard of. You have the room to explore your major or a variety of majors without being held back from your expected graduation time. The professors give you their all. They really want you to be confident and happy in whatever field you go into so they prepare you with their absolute best.

Dr. Auerbach is the Political Science concentrator's Pre-Law advisor. If you want to get into law school, make sure he's your advisor. I switched to Poli Sci my Junior year and he helped me study for the LSAT, choose where to apply, and prepared me for legal writing in his Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Liberties courses. The other professors in the Political Science department are equally brilliant, such as Professor Oleszek, who teaches U.S. Congress. He worked as a Senatorial Staff member and his father is the co-author of a well respected text. This is a great place to be for Political Scientists and law school hopefuls.

The professors here are phenomenal. All experts in their respective fields and deeply invested in the success of their students. Small class sized allow in-depth discussion and personal relationships.

I have an interesting major that is a combination of Sociology and Psychology that is called Child and Family Studies, with that being said that can open a lot of doors for networking and job opportunities if you want them. Albright College has a rule that all professors have to still be active in their field in order to receive tenure and in some of the courses I have been able to read what my own professors have published and know what they have done and what some of their students have done. I have had to take some not so interesting classes or discussing things I was not very interested in just for a grade but for the most part it expands on topics I am interested in and forces me to make connections.

I came to Albright College because I wanted to be more of a face and not get lost in the shuffle and through my academics I may not be a stand-out grade wise but many professors are willing to work with you in anyway you need but you have to ask. I changed my major and it has helped a great deal because that makes you realize where your passion is and helps fuel class discussions. And for many introduction classes there are several tutors and study groups scheduled to help students do their best and succeed. But you have to ask for help in order to get help!
