Rural? Coming from a farming area we found the city of Reading to be intimidating at first. Did like the fact of the close proximity to Giant.

The atmosphere is so friendly and awesome . The people here are great people and wonderful to be around.

This is true everyone knows everyone, there are nice friendly people, but you always have those select few that are not so nice.
