There are many options off campus to eat. For example, we have sonics, subway, best wok, and 5 star, where they serve chicken, chicken strips and fries.

There are great professors here that will help you in anyway possible. The registration process is simple and easy. A good place to study is our famous library and sometimes your own dorm.

My major is agricultural businesse and you can basically become a manager of your own company. It deals with plants, animal living, and soils. It is a great major to be in. You get to do hands on work and see the difference in working with soil and other things.

We have different dining options. For example, one of our best places to eat is called "CJ's", where they serve chicken wings and hamburgers. We have a pizza hut and subway. These places serve very good food. Now if you have flex dollars, you can use your Flex dollars at subway and Pizza Hut. The meal plan can only be used in the cafeteria.

There are a lot of trees. Basically, our is located in the country. We have a great workout gym and recreation center where we can play basketball and other stuff. The attitude here are extremely average.

The English program is not difficult to get into, but it can be difficult to stay in. The load can be overwhelming with all of the reading and writing, but it takes a lot of dedication and time management skills. The program does require all students to take an Exit Exam, so that is the difficult part. There are two parts to the exam: a written exam and an oral presentation. If you do not pass both parts, you will not receive your degree.

I have not had an internship yet, but I do plan to get one. My concern about it is that there are not many companies looking for English majors. There are a few options that come through the school and professors, but mainly you have to find one on your own.

The best thing about my experience here is that I feel at home. The campus is big enough to where it is not boring, but it is small enough to where I feel like a person and not a number. It really takes finding your niche (as it does at any school). What makes this school unique is the diversity and the celebration of diversity. I would definitely choose this school again.

The weather is pretty pleasant on most days. When it rains, it normally does a little bit of flooding. When it gets hot; it gets really hot. Since we are in the deep south, the weather doesn't get blizzard cold, but it can get cold though. The worst thing is that it gets really humid here.

The transportation on campus is iffy. Some days it runs; some days it doesn't. On the days that it does run, it never follows the schedule. Most students just walk. The nearest airport is 2 hours away, and there is no campus nor public transportation to carry students off campus to the store or anything. You have to have a friend with a car for that.

I really don't know much about the off- campus housing. There are a lot of commuters who live close-by though.

Game days are big days for people. There is normally a good turnout. Also, our teams give us something to cheer for. The athletic facilities are pretty good for the varsity teams, but the intramural teams have to "get in where they fit in."

It is pretty obvious that people use drugs on campus. It's mainly at parties or when people are just hanging out. There are not really rules for drug use on campus, but you can be punished and even taken to jail for drug use at any school function or in any building on campus (including dorms). No one cares if you step outside to smoke or if you come in drunk from a party.

Greek life is very important on campus. Most events take place or are successful because of the contributions of Greeks. Most non-Greeks know Greeks for the parties they throw, but they do more than that including charity work.

The campus is very beautiful. Students do make their own fun, but there are good campus events that go on. The library is great and pretty modern.

I am satisfied as an English major. I would contribute this to the fact that there are not many of us so our relationships with our professors are close and attentive. The workload is pretty heavy, but that comes with the territory of being an English major. I wish that there were more internships and job opportunities specifically for English majors though.

The registration process can be pretty hectic, but you must form a relationship with your advisor/chairperson, or whoever will help you in order to get the best results. ASK Questions!!! We have excellent professors, just try to learn each professor"s individual personality, and you will have a better time in each class. Finally, the school prides itself on diversity and appealing to students' individual needs, so there are special study options and activities.

The off-campus dining is not very diverse nor is it very healthy, but the few places we do have do serve good food for affordable prices, and the places do stay open pretty late.
