Weather in Alffred

The weather at Alfred is atrocious. It rains nonstop. There always seems to be a cloud over the town...when you leave, it's seemingly always sunny in neighboring towns, but not here. The valley makes for atrocious, cold winters and rainy autumn and springtimes.
