Knott County, which is where Alice Lloyd College is at, is a dry county so no alcohol at all is here. The school has a zero tolerance policy against drugs, so if you caught with drugs then you are kicked out.

A few students sneak drugs and alcohol into the dorms, but it is a non-issue. There is a zero-tolerance policy. Those that get drunk are severely reprimanded. It's less strict than it was years ago, but a student will not necessarily be punished for using alcohol off-campus now, provided they are of age. Still, it is greatly frowned upon, and there is considerable pressure to NOT use drugs and alcohol.

The drug scene is all about who you hang out with. Normal "drug Abusers" on campus are marijuana and adderall. Like every other college there is alcohol as well.

Drug Usage Is Barely Noticable – While walking through campus, you never notice drug or alcohol use. There is no pressure on you to use, and the policy is highly enforced

What Is Drinking and Drugs – Drinking is not allowed on this campus nor do drugs. Most people here are not into things like that. Everyone just want to be able to graduate and further their life on to something greater. I believe if you hang out with the right people you will find your a drug or your choice or a beverage. Overall it is not tolerated and not seen.
