Alma has a great CSO (Center for Student Opportunity) that is great with helping you plan semester abroad experiences, setting up a good resume, and other things. It also gives a quiet place for students to study. The library and mac lab are fairly good places to study as well. For the social scene, there is not a lot to do in the town of Alma, but you can always count on something going on, on campus to get you out of your dorm room. There are tons of groups and clubs to join for just about every interest you may have.
