When you do this you will most likely be in line for an Honors application which lets you apply for free and sets up an account to keep you updated with your acceptance, show you when you can audition and at what location. Make sure you have all the required items they state for the audition and carry yourself well and with ambition. The Academy accept everyone from beginners to very experienced actors. Definitely,take as many as possible or if not many a variety of classes. But Hey its not just about the classes its about experience. Audition, Audition, audition! For school plays, community theatre, and everything possible. Your Academic classes are important as well don't overlook those, try to maintain a decent GPA. Schools to take that into account they think if you cant take that serious how are you going to take College seriously. Make sure to have life. That is very important! You cant act, if you haven't been through things. Also, it might be helpful to take vocal lessons, or learn play instrument or something physical such as cheer, dance, or gymnastics. And I know that some of aren't as blessed to do these but if you can trust they can come to your advantage. It could make a difference between who gets the job and doesn't.
