My class sizes ranged from 14-16 students. In total, we had about 110 students in the first year and it is expected that we will have fewer this year. The size of the Student body is great. Small, but thats something I personally like.

The Academy mostly consists of international students. The students population is diverse in terms of location. There are students from L.A to Florida, students from Canada to Sweden etc. There is ethnic diversity, but the majority look Caucasian. The school has many people who are different religions, political views and sexual orientation.
The Academy consists of both middle working class and of the wealthy (you only notice if someone mentions it). It's easy to connect since everyone at the Academy has a single mine frame, to be something in the arts. It's very easy to connect but also very easy to be anti-social just due to the Academic work load and now with the Academy House, the residents bond with each other approx. a month before school even starts.
At the end of the day, it's about going to class and learning. This is not to say that with the melting pot, issues don't arise. But it's dealt with and acknowledged outside the class room. When in class, you are there to perform at your best and learn as much as you can. Everything else is asked and expected to be left outside the door.

The groups are different, yet at the same time very similar. They could have more diverse groups. It seems that the people at AADA all come from similar social status'.

Different People – Everyone in this school is different in their own ways. They accept international students from all over the globe and it is just amazing to interact with them and learn a little bit about their culture. In my past classes, there have been students from England, Africa, Ireland, Mexico, Austrailia, and even all over the United States. There seemed to be many students from England acceptedthis year but it is amazing to learn with them. Sometimes it can be different working with them but I enjoy it very much.
