Placement doesn't exist. They email you a bunch of links so you can apply for jobs. That's IT. You're totally on your own when it comes to finding a job. FALSE ADVERTISING. They have not cultivated relationships in the broadcasting community in order to "place" their grads. They do not even make phone calls on your behalf when you submit your app/resume for an open position. Many of the links aren't even for radio jobs. You'll get links for tv station jobs, community theater groups, etc. Ridiculous jobs that are in no way related to your training and you have a snowball's chance in hell qualifying for! Check out Broadcasters Mentoring Group. It's the ONLY way to go! And a lot cheaper, too.
Yeah this school is a money mill for those that own it and an enormous waste of money.
Good points all around. You have to be connected. Clearly, this school misleads potential students. Not to mention, charges an enormous amount of money for the same instruction you could get at a community college, that offers that program, for a fortune less.
You obviously are a plant or someone that works for them. This school was one of the worst investments I have ever made. I could go on and on.
