Computer Network – Well, it is an online school, you only need tech support if the website is acting up, I never had any problems.

Bachelors Visual Communication – The experience is very different then the typical sit in a classroom and listen to someone speak. There is a whole world of online chat boxes and clubs you can do as well as get to knowing your classmates. Tutoring sessions are also available which is really great especially if you're just not getting it. All the classes that I'm taking are specifically for me to get my Bachelors in Visual Communication and its very helpful. I'm able to do group projects and not be bogged down by someone else slacking which is phenomenal and I love that, it's not overwhelming what-so-ever.

Heavy Workload – The online classes are much harder with a huge amount of work to do. Most of the professors at AIU have been great and very knowledgeable about their subjects. If I need help or have a question, every professer has gotten back with me in the same day, making it easier for me to get my papers written.

Friendly and Supportive – I am attending the online program at AIU, so there really is not a campus feeling. Everyone I have talked to at the school has been very friendly and supportive. I have been working with someone at their career builders department and she has been very helpful with my resume.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
AIU Process – I hasn't taking any classes yet but my experience with the finanial aid office and my advisor has been great. They always call and make sure I'm up to date with all my information. If I need any help I can speak with a real person. If I chat with someone online and they cant help me, they have someone call me less then ten minutes. My experience so far has been outstanding!

Staff-Student Post-Graduate Interaction – My advisors and mentors have all given me the attention I didn't expect. My graduate advisor has constantly called me to check up on me during these last few weeks of school. It is an exciting time and I have had a great experience working with the staff. They have all been truly helpful and encouraging in my academic and career goals. I have been notified of post-graduate services such as Resume enhancement and career marketability training. I have been given 1-on-1 attention to help modify my resume and make me marketable in the real world. Excellent staff.

Diversity in Our Student Population – The diversity is very wide in the reason being that we get to work with students of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, career goals, single parents, married couples, and even single individuals. There are people who work well with others and some who are hard to work with. Whatever the experience, this school prepares you for real life encounters that develops your people skills.

It's Okay. its okay. They are not the best at explaining how their program works, but i have had positive experiences with instructors. they have tons of resources to help you be successful. they are very expensive, which is why the c+ grade. the classes are only 5 weeks which is nice. they didn't transfer very many of my courses from previous schools.

This Is an Online School – There seems to be a good mix of people with varying backgrounds. Some of this I've determined based on names and responses to the weekly Discussion Board

They Will Work With You – I have asked them to change a few classes around and they did so with no hassle. I sent them my unofficial transcript and they determined what is transferable and sent me the paperwork necessary to get my official transcript. All I had to do was sign.

Still Early but So Far So Good – Not all schools offer my degree program, but this school does. There is a community post due on Wednesdays which force students to interact which is pretty nice. The website is easy to use and I like that your curriculum is set from the beginning so you know what to expect and you don't have to deal with registering for classes. Also your books are sent to you automatically and they are included in the overall price. And the price is more reasonable than some of the other schools I have looked at

the network has some issues with it, but it has to do with the surroundings. I have no problems most of the time with it. The speed at which I can get access to the school is good.

Love My Classes – The classes are fun and I learn a lot from the instructors that I have. The classes are disigned to help me learn. The workload is hard, but flexible enough so I can learn.
