This does not apply to me because all of the schooling is done online.

While this university has its own library where you can download and even borrow books, it's a little tough to navigate. Searching for articles is a little bit of challenge, but hopefully the more I use it the easier it will be to use.

I love the structure and outlined expectations and assignments for each of the classes. Psychology classes so far have held relevant information.

Wish they had more field of studies. Like a rn program you could do the core at home.

All of my courses are online. There is great access to the campus library and it is easy to navigate. If there are any questions, there are tutorials on how to use it.

this is an online school. students need to provide their own computers, services, printers, etc since classes are taken at you own pace and time so you provide your own location, whether at home, work or other public spaces.

This is an online institution, but you are encourage to socialize with lecturers and peers online. You can discuss your course work and assignments online as well and post discussion topics in the forum so that others can join in. it is a fun way to meet and greet your class mates and lecturers.

In my experience taking online classes has for the most part offered me the same level of knowledge as taking classes in a classroom environment. The peer to peer interactions can be less of a debate because people are on a different times so discussions can be drawn out. Of course there are some courses such as mathematics that can be difficult because it is hard to follow the procedures online but can be done.

As a student pursuing a degree in Exercise Science it is exciting because all of my peers are fitness buffs which can make discussions very interesting and educational. The one thing I found to be specific to my degree was that we can become certified personal trainers towards the end of our program. The National Academy of Sports Medicine has offered us an opportunity to take the certification in conjunction with one of the classes they will instruct because our degree plan correlates with the certification. I found this to be amazing because to obtain a certification in personal training it equates to another Associates degree, so essentially I am knocking out two birds with one stone.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The way I see it, my future is worth just about anything especially with a growing family. APUS is decent when it comes to tuition so I wasn't too worried. I've got some financial aid to help but scholarships help too!

I'm a stay at home mom with another on the way. I find it extremely convenient that I can work on my degree from home. Having online courses was definitely a bonus for me.
College Freshman 2013-08-01T21:01:55Z
For the most part, the only facility I use is the library. My classes are online so I use the book resources more than anything. So far, I've never had a problem with anything.
College Freshman 2013-08-01T20:59:04Z
The network works great. I get responses from professors and classmates quickly and love how efficient it is.
College Junior 2013-07-31T23:01:16Z
Diverse student body. Classes are online but the interaction is what you make of it. There are ample opportunities to get to know your classmates in addition to the online discussions. They have student organizations as well as other online events that make the best of online learning.
College Junior 2013-07-31T22:59:23Z
The classes are online and it makes it easy to work at your own pace. The library is extensive and the course materials are easily accessed. You make your own schedule for the ultimate in class flexibility.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I use Military tuition assistance as well as va gi benefits and APU does a grade job of communicating with me as well as the proper staff to ensure that my TA and benefits cover the classes. If I pay out of pocket they make sure that I know and they are very straightforward. Nice process.
College Junior 2013-07-31T21:22:44Z
There is no campus for APUS. It is entirely online.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
