The financial aid at ASU is a very frustration and irritating process. Most of the advisors do not provide the required amount of help for students as they should. I know this from personal experience, I have been dealing with financial aid since the first month. I am constantly being reminded of tuition fees I owe that I was never aware of or told by an advisor. I think our financial aid needs a new system or new employees, because they do not know how to handle money situations. I have had a academic hold on my registration due to loan and financial aid issues due to the financial aid office, which has causes me to fall behind on my classes.

After figuring out what documentations were missing and finally turning everything in i received my financial aid. While it did not help much at all, it was still some sort of aid.

The first year wasn't to bad but the second year was horrible. That's because my mother had to raid her retirement fund which boosted her income. Which made it very difficult for me to get aid

The financial aid office is helpful but you have to make sure that you get all of your paperwork in early and to keep on top of them with your deadline dates.

he Financial Aid office is preety efficiant and always gets the situations done and taken care of. Getting financial aid is an easy process once you know what to do. the office usually gives you verything you need to know and do to get things taken care of and not having to run around and try to figure things out.
