I think my school does a good job with how strict they are. They are just strict enough to keep us safe but not so strict that we can't have any fun. My school did recently get a little more strict on things like quiet hours to make sure people can get to sleep at a decent time and have quiet time to study in the evenings.

There are policies, rules and regulations in place to prevent drug use, underage drinking, and to promote an efficient college experience, however, this is not enforced. In fact, on more than one occasion the people delegated to enforce these rules have been caught violating them themselves.

The university is generally more lenient for alcohol offenses rather than drug offenses. Keeping a 2.0 GPA will give you good academic standing. Protests not really present on campus but no one will hold it against you if you have to speak your mind.

Cops are known to be super strict here. Just make sure you are going the speed limit. They will get you everytime.

School is not any stricter than any other school, I feel. Their rules aren't unreasonable, and if you are just generally respectful and responsible, you won't have a problem. I drank in the dorms underage every year until I turned 21 and I was never caught. Just don't be an idiot, don't be loud, and stay in your room!
I do, however, think they should be stricter in enforcing their smoking policy. They have policies but have not once enforced them, leaving it to students and staff to confront rule-breakers which often doesn't do anything.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
