There are two apartment complexes down the street from Arcadia. They are convenient and the cost is pretty reasonable.

Most of the off campus housing is expensive and hard to find since it is in the surrounding area of Philly.

Most people live on campus at Arcadia, but there are some perks to living off campus. You get more freedom, can cook for yourself, and don't have to feel dependent on the University for everything. However, rent can be expensive, especially in the Philadelphia area. If you do choose to live off campus, the best bet is to find roommates to help defray the costs.
