Teachers, the financial department and the administrators are very flexible and work to make things work for me. Instructors seem to always make an effort to help us out when things are hectic especially when it comes to assignments and deadlines, but in a way that is fair to the entire class. Payment plans are worked around what I can afford and the deadlines for payments are very flexible.

The computer network is always online and running well. Access to the network is also easy. Maintenance is always scheduled and students are always notified. If something comes up we are notified and given leeway as far as assignments are concerned but this rarely happens.

The school provides internet access, flexible times for use of facilities and a staff that is always there and ready to assist. Getting things done is pretty easy and is only a matter of setting a time and getting there on time.

I take all my classes online and have everything I need there. We do have blended classes in which we meet with an instructor but most of us are just there to get classes over and done with so we don't hang around to make use of any of the facilities.

There are a lot of "older" students. While is not necessarily a bad thing it does tend to slow the progress of class discussions, assignment clarifications etc in blended classes. They also need a lot of help when it comes to doing things online. The classes I have are blended; meaning both online and in the classroom and this can get pretty annoying.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I don't like the fact that there are literally NO grants or scholarships offered. The financial aid department kept pushing a 6.8% government loan on me!

Being upset with finance department in dealing with stipend loans and student discount

For an on line school everyone I have interacted with has been very positive.

I feel the most important and best advantage one could expect at Argosy is that the class size is small, making it easier to work with the professor one on one when needed.
College Senior 2013-01-22T03:15:40Z
Personally prefer face to face over online courses. Time restraints and response time from professors online are not immediate.

I am presently in a post graduate program and do not have immediate access to central campus resources other than those offered online.

Overall, i loved the campus, and how the classes are geared towards small class groups, and not to worry if you have waves of other students that is trying to get the instructor's attention.

Right now, I am about to attend Argosy University -Hawaii campus, and be able to meet with fellow classmates, which i was not able to going online classes. i also liked how the school is able to have "Blended classes" which means, that i am able to have campus classes with Internet classes too.

I am very thankful that the director of the Doctorate program concern about our time with family. She didnt want to give us an overload because she strongly agree and believe that family time and support is very important to the studnets. Therefore, she is flexible on the issue of balancing family and school because her goal is to start fresh as a whole group and graduate together as a whole group.

The administrators and the directors are very friendly and helpful. My school staff had to make sure that all the students are successfully registered, make sure of financial assisstant and provide positive feedback on what I need. The students are also very friendly and helpful in which I had so much confident in completing course work. I really appreaciate my school and I will suggested to my children and students to attend Argosy University in the future.

Sessions start this week Wednesday 5/2012. I am so looking forward to it. I have no problem with online courses because I am use to it during my Master program. The only disadvantage is the reception due to the weather. It is the most honorable opportunity for me to attend classes from a far distance and I am able to further my studies through the advantage of online courses instead of traveling.

I Really Would Like to Retake Some Classes – I am now studying for comps and and shitting in my pants because most of the content was not reviewed in my courses.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
