I enjoy every aspect of the curriculum Argosy has provided. The classes have been amazing. Taking a refreshers course has helped me in so many ways. I am now in my classes for Psychology and I absolutely love every aspect that Argosy has provided for me. Argosy and the professors have helped me to learn and understand my degree.

I have not graduated yet but, Argosy online has helped teach me a lot of helpful advice for when I do graduate and start looking for a job.

I transferred to Argosy from another college. At first I was worried that I wouldn't get the extra help or the questions I asked wouldn't be answered in a timely manner. I soon found out that I was completely wrong. I have had more interaction from Argosy Online than I did at a community college. I am very impressed at how well the professors do with there curriculum and are still able to interact fully to the students.

I feel the computer networking at Argosy is very efficient. I take all my classes online and Argosy has provided great network reliability. I have not ran into one problem getting into my class rooms to do my assignments or turning in assignment. Argosy does have to do some maintenance to the web site but, they are very good at notifying you as early as possible.

There is a lot of diversity in an online classroom. People of all ages and all walks of life are able to come together and learn from the curriculum as well as each other. I have interacted with people all over the country, with man different backgrounds. Hence making the journey into Psychology all the more interesting.

Class registration is done with ease. The Academic advisers are on top of their game. Once the class is chosen it is as simple as clicking to accept.

I find the availability of online courses beneficial. Online classrooms have allowed me to live in 2 states at once, due to an illness in the family, and still maintain the course load.

I am going into Psychology and I want to be a counselor to families with troubled kids and help those families reconnect. My team of Argosy reps knows this is my passion and my motivation behind it. They get me into the right classes and help me with potential ideas to further my education in the specific areas I am looking to go into. The workload is easy to manage and the curriculum is easy to follow.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Financial Aide reps are awesome and are willing to help you figure out any difficulties that came my way. The only difficulty I have is there is a 3 hour difference in time between me and the financial aide office. Can sometimes make it difficult to get into contact with one another.

I am not positive on all the academics that Argosy has to offer simply because I didn't ask or look into it. I knew what I wanted and my registration rep, financial rep, life coach, academic counselor all knew it. This team that is built to help students succeed and can even help communicate to professors if life difficulties come in the way of a students academics. The reps will walk you through everything from getting registered to checking out the classroom.

Its awesome! Its convenient and can still have meaningful class discussions and debates. Lots of interaction. You can also skype with most professors, on the courses use ebooks and everything is right at your fingertips.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I applied and recieved financial aid. I received a message stating that I still owed $1088. This was upseting since I though everything was paid for with the financial aid and loans received.

I took online classes for the convience. Everything with the professors and the students was great. The peer-to-peer interaction was great. No complaints

The whole experience as I try to weigh the positive's as well as the negatives truthfully the negatives outweigh the positives as When they say For Profit they really do mean FOR-PROFIT as my experience was as I had to withdraw due to continuing heart breaking nightmare can be proven trauma The lack of compassion still to this day as I keep getting those e-mails every month telling me about my past due balance only reminds me of their lack of compassion & common decency which I find rather appalling for a University that is supposed to be encouraging people to want to return to school.

I really was nervous when I 1st started. As I am not computer savvy as most. People fail to realize that not everyone has been using computers.
The relationships between student's/Professor's vary all depending whether it be on line or in a classroom. One does have a learning curve I know I did as I had not been in school in over 20 years. It is always good to have a good mix of people.
College Sophomore 2013-08-28T11:54:15Z
I really did like the mix of students. very diverse.
College Sophomore 2013-08-28T11:50:44Z
It all depends on the Instructor & how flexible they are.

I as a disabled person who was forced to leave the work force before I wanted to due to some of my disabilities since 2110 have been battling Chronic Pain thought that it would be a nice distraction to go back to school as I have been wanting to but wasn't able to sit in a classroom thought that a Online school would be the answer. It might be but after I have a chance to heal from the nightmares that I am dealing regarding Argosy University online. I had a series of very tragic events that I am trying to recover from & Argosy is making it allot harder as on 1/30/13 as I had just finished PT & was trying to get home to finish my last paper of my 1st collage class & was held against my will in a Mobility van as I am trying to learn how to walk again. I made it home my Student Success Advisor was bound and determined to make sure that finished it & I now realize why. I did they then had me take a break due to the trauma how kind of them I thought. I was to return to school on 3/7/13 however more tragedy occurred. On 2/23/13 As a very visibly disabled person I was beat up on a public bus with the only assistance the bus driver giving was pulling the person off of me 3X while after he did I the victim called 911. Not feeling safe on Mobility nor Public Transportation I walk up the street when I would have taken the bus only to be struck by a car as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. on 3/1/13 Thinking that I would be OK to return to school because it was online on 3/7/13 as scheduled I let them know & did. however it didn't work out I wasn't well enough I got yanked out by my Pain Dr. To give my body a chance to heal. After having to take time out of school twice after not being in school for 4 months as I had increased physical therapy I was rethinking things when I was wondering what was going to happen in April to further emotionally traumatize me & as I was finishing up PT I was Text by my best friend growing up about the Boston Marathon Bombing. That was it for me. I realized that I am going to need some major time to heal both physically as well as emotionally. So I try to withdraw gracefully from Argosy & come to find they where trying to charge me over $4,000 I called and let someone know about that now every month I get a e-mail telling me that I am past due on owing them maybe $1,500 but being the money grubbing heartless people that they are knowing what I have been trough & am still trying to heal from they keep sending that e-mail. I a person who loves irony find nothing but disgust with a University that I was studying Psychology in not comprehending what trauma does to a student actually they do as they have counselors that one can speak with but for a University to be so insensitive & greedy to be continuing to send me e-mails every month knowing about my disabilities as well as trauma's I know that I will really check out a school online or in the classroom if & when I am able to go back to school. If I can get the horrible taste out of my mouth that I have due to Argosy University online. I also checked them out on Google & heard similar horror stories about their greed.

The student body is made up of a mixture of students of all ages. There are assignments that you are graded based on your responses and interaction with other students. It is awesome!
College Freshman 2013-08-25T03:13:56Z
The class assignments are easy to understand and the material is easy to apply to life. In fact, they teach you how to apply what you learn to your life. They also have a great LPA program.
College Freshman 2013-08-25T03:11:33Z
I have 3 kids and a husband who works 60 hours a week. We are 5 people who live on one income, and my admissions counselor and members of my grad team made it easy to get back in school, with no out of pocket money immediately. One class at a time makes it easy to be in school with 3 young children. I have recommended Argosy to friends already!
College Senior 2013-08-23T02:16:06Z
My classes consist of a variety of people. Freshman, working-class, continuing education for career purposes, and full-time parents or homemakers. Everyone is trying to improve their lives in one way shape or form and it's cool because you can teach everyone something new and everyone can teach you something new. We really have interesting conversations.
College Senior 2013-08-23T02:06:36Z
They offer a program that works with my work schedule, my four kids, and I can still attend college. I can actually pursue a career in the field I have always wanted. This school's faculty, representatives, coaches, and advisers are wonderful and help you with anything every step of the way. It's like having your very own cheer team cheering you on.
College Junior 2013-08-12T19:00:57Z
I chose this school because I wanted a flexible schedule. I can do my work in between my personal and work life.
