The class materials are appropriate for the course.

I wasn't able to furnish an official transcript; I was assured that an unofficial would suffice. However, there was a bit of confusion about what classes to schedule for me.

The network is usually available around the clock except during scheduled maintenance.
College Senior 2013-07-25T01:44:23Z
The class materials are right on point, but I'm used to having the ability to download and save all of the class materials without there being a time limit for accessibility.

The online setup is easy to understand. My classes are online and there is a constant network of support available to the students.

I feel like I've learned a lot thus far, and they don't seem to make you do assignments just to have busy work; they actually make you think and learn how to apply things to real situations.

I'm in the gad program, and I did really well in my undergrad studies and I'm serious about school. I don't like it when other students in my graduate classes seem like they should still be college freshmen because of the way they write. There are always a few students in my classes like this, and it makes me question why I'm attending a school with such low standards for admissions.

It's a really great online format in which you communicate with your profs and other students. I take school seriously, and the only thing that has really bugged me is that some of the classmates I've had can't even write a sensible paragraph, and I'm in grad school!

The asynchronous learning format at AUO allows you to do your work/postings at literally every time. I've worked full-time while attending, and it's rough, but worth it. I know when all of my assignment due dates are from the first day of class, so I always get a few assignments ahead at the beginning in case something comes up that I'm not prepared for time-wise, and it works really well this way.

I find that the courses cover a lot of information. Being an Online University, a person must be very self disciplined in order to do the work. It is different than regular classroom because you do everything at your won pace and alone. There are no lectures or classes to physically attend. For me, the work load is very doable. I would take more classes at once if I could afford them. There is good peer to peer interaction because there is a discussion board that you are required to participate in regularly. I do wish there was a little more professor to student interaction. They are there for those that need them, but if you are a good student, you don't hear much from them.

The thing that set aside Argosy Online apart, for me, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the registration personnel to the tech-support people. They are all so helpful and respectful. They have never made me feel like I have asked a silly question. That was very important to me.

Argosy Online University has a lot of campus resources. There is an on line library, complete with librarian,. Text books are available on line at no extra charge. There are support staff for students that are just a phone call or email away. The is 24/7 tech support, which I have used several times. The it on demand tutoring and personal tutoring available. I think the University has done a great job making taking online classes easy and much more affordable that brick and mortar schools.

The Academics at Argosy Online are really good. I have enjoyed the professors that I have had, so far. They are knowledgeable and available. The curriculum has been good. I am still finishing my per-requisite classes, but in looking forward at the future classes that I will take, I think there is a great coverage of the field I have chosen. The registration process was excellent and easy. So far the work load had been very manageable. I would take more classes at a time, if I could afford it. The support staff ( financial counselor's, student advisers, and academic coaches) have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have helped me a great deal. I really like Argosy and I am so glad that I chose Argosy Online University to attend.

I am a Psychology Major with an interest in Counseling. I love the courses that I have taken so far. I think that the curriculum is excellent and will help me to become a counselor. I am in online classes only, so I don't have any information about the facilities. So far the workload has been very manageable. I am just finishing my pee-recuisites, so have not had any experience with intern opportunities or job opportunities.

I enjoy online courses because they are more convenient
College Sophomore 2013-07-11T21:30:36Z
The campus resources at Argosy University are ample, and when information is needed or a question needs to be answered there is someone there to assist you, and if they have further questions they will find someone who can direct you properly.
College Sophomore 2013-07-11T21:25:24Z
The online courses at Argosy are well developed, contain pertinent information that is needed when the students enter the work force. As they are well prepared, taught well and issues that they may have are explained in detail so that they will understand the problem and be able to correct it and understand the concepts in the future. It also gives you the opportunity to learn how to manage your time to study, learn and complete assignments on time.
College Sophomore 2013-07-11T21:15:10Z
The facilities on campus are good, it is great to hang out and have a cup of coffee or tea with others, or visit the library which is well equipped with many types of books that a student will need in their studies or just for relaxing with a good book to read. the are also social events that are also very interesting and notice is sent to the students in sufficient time so that they may attend.
College Sophomore 2013-07-11T21:09:50Z
The computer network is excellent, the system works quite well for me and other students and it doesn't hinder our work in any way. I believe that is adaptable for each of us as students and doesn't hinder our learning abilities in anyway.

Transferring of credits was successful as 24 of the 30 I had acquired at a previous university were transferred. The flexibility of my classes is great, considering the fact that I work on my own with my own schedule. It is ideal since I work full time.
