Guys & Girls:
The students at ASU are so friendly. Meeting people on campus is the easiest thing to do. There are hundreds of student organizations and events where you can meet new people. At this school there are countless opportunities to meet new people and have a great time. Most of the people that attend this school are physically attractive and very fit. Off campus there is still plenty of opportunities to meet people at local parties, or bars. Also, the football games illuminate such an intense and positive energy that encompasses school pride. It is oppressively hot in the summer months and that's the only downfall to attending ASU. Other than that I am a proud to be a Sun Devil!

Parking on campus is a piece of cake! With 50,000+ students you would think parking might get a little complex, but nope with the plethora of parking structures you most certainly will always find a place to park!

The drug scene at my campus is not big at all. I hardly ever hear about anyone using drugs at school. Alcohol use is a bit more common but still not very big.

Off campus dining at my school is alright because there isnt that much of a variety. There are several fast food restaurants located near the campus and a few ethnic restaurants. These restaurants are not expensive and some offer discounts for students. Although there is not much of a variety, the restaurants are so close students can walk to them.

My campus has an abundance of parking spaces. There are always several parking spaces available and they are all conveniently located near the campus. The cost of parking permits is expensive but acceptable as it is normally less than $400.

I believe my campus is very diverse in regard to both racial and ethnic diversity. I have found everyone to be very accepting of others beliefs, economic backgrounds and sexual orientations.

The financial aid process at Arizona State University was very simple as long as you apply early enough and check on it on a regular basis.

The off Campus housing at Arizona State University is very limited and can be very expensive.

I have not started my classes at ASU yet but the size of the classes and the helpfulness of the staff and advisors so far in my experience has been a great experience and I expect my classes to be the same.

There are only a few places to eat near Arizona State University West and most of them are fast food places. However, there are a few local places in the area that offer better food and prices compared to your average fast food location.

I applied to Arizona State University because of the great things that I have heard about the school. When it came to applying for classes at ASU the process was very simple and smooth and the advisors were very helpful compared to the community college that I had previously attended.

when it is way too hot, it would make anyone a bit annoyed and irritated.

very convenient because the campus is so small. only need to be on campus about 10 minutes before class. there is also covered parking which is nice due to how hot it is.

Computers are accessible and easy to use but the new printing system is a little complicated to set up on your own computer.

Phoenix is a great college town. The west campus is located in Glendale which is a smaller city but there are plenty of things to find and explore. Just a short drive and you can find the vibrant city of Phoenix with plenty of activities!

Health & Safety:
I feel very safe at the ASU West campus. We have police and security that conduct rounds and we have emergency towers all around the campus in case of a safety hazard.

Parking costs at the west campus can be kind of high. However, there are usually spots available and there are many places to park on campus whether you are a resident or a visitor to the university.

The west campus for ASU is pretty quiet. Even if there is a party going on in the resident hall the students are able to keep it quiet and under control so as not to disturb the rest of the hall. The action outside of campus is pretty low as well. Because the west campus isn't really surrounded by a crazy population of night life, students are able to focus on their studies and not be influenced by their surroundings.

There are so many different places to visit on ASU's campuses. From what I have experienced, the campus has done a great job in diversifying everything needed for students including their safety, health and wellness.

Everything is diverse about the west campus for Arizona State University. It fluctuates between everything from religious and economic backgrounds, sexual orientations to what part of the valley a person comes from! From what I have experienced there doesn't seem to be any challenges regarding the diversity of the school. Everyone is extremely welcoming and accepting towards different ideas and opinions even if they don't personally express the same views.

Arizona State University on the west campus is a wonderful school. It has so many different characteristics about it and the more I attend the more they add. It is really building to become a great campus with awesome professors, an excellent curriculum and it has four campuses which makes attending there easy for anyone across the valley!
