Internships Are Acquirable – I haven't had an internship yet, but I do plan on having one that has to do with law. I am nervous about finding one but I think that if I really set my mind to it and focus on finding one, I will have no problem because I have heard from many people that it's not that hard to find one if you try hard.

Justice Studies Is the Way to Go – I'm in the justice studies major and it's really fun. There are a lot of internship opportunities and the advisors are very helpful and friendly. The workload is sufficient but it's nothing you can't handle.

The local atmosphere is very inviting and exciting. There are plenty of opportunities to interact with other people and to meet new people. There is always something to do on and around campus. There are also a lot of traditions that you get to learn about!

Not Just Another Number – Even though ASU is a huge school, once I got into the classroom, I never felt like just an ID number in a gradebook. Most of the professors I've had have been very engaged in their classes and encouraged participation and active learning from the students. The curriculum has always been logical and well-presented, and professors are always accessible if the student is willing to seek help.

Fun College Town.... If You're Into That Sort of Thing – Tempe is alive. The lights are always on, someone's stereo is always blaring, and there's a party happening somewhere at any given time of day. The Mill Avenue area is vibrant and acts as the downtown hub any college town needs, with plenty of shopping, a variety of restaurants, unique show venues and theatres, and enough bars and nightclubs to keep the locals entertained. The students behave in typical college fashion and take full advantage of the endless (and unavoidable) party scene. So, Tempe is great... if you're into that sort of thing. The serious student might find herself a bit out of place and feeling lonely amidst the sea of people with such vastly different priorities.

Communications Program – It is very easy getting into the Communications program. On asu.edu they will list the important criteria for admission. The most important tip I can give is to talk to an advisor and they are helpful into getting you into the right program. Also, there is a major map so you know ahead of time what classes you need to be taking to graduate.

Being in the Communications program here at Arizona State University has had its ups and downs. A lot of students start in the Communications program if they don't have a declared major yet. So the first required classes you take (ex. COM100) are in huge lecture halls with 400+ students. Now being on my senior year my classes get no bigger than 30 students. Overall, I have enjoyed being in the Communications program.

Tempe Campus Atmosphere – Tempe is a college based town with lots to do. It is also close to Scottsdale and Phoenix which has an amazing night life. The main strip of shops, bars, and restaurants in Tempe is located on Mill Ave just a minute walk from campus. School spirit is everywhere in this town! If you get the chance go to one of the Arizona State football games you won't be disappointed!

Shopping, Dining, Partying – The atmosphere of Tempe, AZ where Arizona State University is located is as diverse as the students who live there! Everyone of any cultural background, unique personality, talent, interest, and passion will easily find a place to feel at ease and at home in Tempe. Along Mill Avenue, there are dozens of varied shops and dining areas; down University Drive, you will find equally as many hole-in-the-wall shops and business designed especially for college students. On ASU campus there are thousands of activites to become involved in, ranging from our nationally known football team, the Sun Devils, to the many hundreds of clubs for any interest one could imagine! Both the Tempe and ASU police are extremely capable of handling any crime or danger that could arise and have served us faithfully by keeping dangers to a small minimum, making the environment very safe and relaxing. Tempe is a college party town, and the locals love to cater to the desires of the students! Every nook and cranny of this town is for the students and everyone is so kind and friendly. ASU is a wonderful college! GO SUN DEVILS!

Positive Opinions All Around. I'm in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and majoring in Urban Planning. I get a good amount of work. Also receive multiple opportunities to work with others or as a group. Professors are helpful whenever you make the effort to communicate.

Lively and Welcoming. Tempe is definitely lively. Lots of stuff to do with friends and family. A great place for multicultural arts and recreation as well. I particularly don't like the partying and what not.

Arizona Downtown for ME! Arizona State has many locations, but downtown works perfect for me. I can take the light rail to school and it is close and convenient to places to eat. Arizona State downtown has a smaller campus and that is more ideal for me.

No Communication Regret – I loved my major and program at school never thought I would enjoy somwthing so exciting. The classes were all hands on and really got the proper training from the instructors. Everything was hands on and had plenty of fun doing it. My only concern about finding a job is that I won't have one right after I graduated.

Connects Are Key – All my professors are professional about their work and expectations. My program allows myself to meet and interact well with others. They help you with the proper training if you need assistants. I have had some of the best intruction from my professors in this field.

Tempe is a small town with lots to offer. Tempe is right next to Phoenix and a couple of miles away from Phoenix's airport. It is exactly two hours away from University of Arizona. It has a lot of great places around campus to hang out!
