my school offers a clean and friendly environment for it student an faculty. everything a student need is within in walking distance also clubs/bars and varieties of entertainment just within walking distance from most classes. great when the student need to get away. my school also is finding more sustainable solutions that are integrated in the schools structure and design which let me know the school care for the environment as well as those who inhabit the spaces built.

Parking is too expensive! Visitor parking is way too high! 10 a day just to go to class!

I'm in the psychology program, and I have loved every minute of it. I have learned a lot and the professors are very supportive.

There are always many things to do on campus. Like the soccer fields always have people playing soccer, ultimate frisbee, running and so much more. There is also the fitness center which has a lot of people going in and out there. Very active i must say

Guys & Girls:
Everyone here loves the sun. Majority of everyone seems to be very fit also. Not a lot of overweight people here.

The San Pablo Dorms are nice. It is always quiet and that is good when it comes to studying. It is also fairly new to campus so I have heard.

Nice and warm up to a point. You get used to the heat after a while, but always wear good shoes(thick sole) if you don't want to get a second degree burn on the soles of your feet.

The cops are out to get you at this school. I have received two minor in consumption charges since school started four weeks ago. I wasn't even acting slightly intoxicated for one of them and was pressured into taking a field sobriety test. Most officers are undercover and for the 2013 school year have teamed up with ASU to bust as many people as possible. NO ONE is safe.

Great restaurants with a good ethnic variety off-campus. Prices are reasonable and service is good.

Housing is easily accessible but quality is not all that great.
College Senior 2013-09-09T03:14:33Z
Campus dining is very convenient and there is a good variety of places to eat throughout the campus.
The ASU food truck is pretty cool too

At first, the financial aid process was intimidating! I didn't really know where to start since my high school doesn't prepare us for the application processes. I ventured out on my own, did a lot of research....i would strongly suggest high schools to offer mentors for their students that are interested in attending college! Perhaps, contacting former high school students that are knowledgeable about the ENTIRE application process (preparing for SAT's, scholarships, deadlines for applications....) My former high school is a charter school with no 'guidance counselor'. So, after forging ahead in this journey by myself (with the help of my parents) I feel like i could/should write a manual to help others out!
Receiving financial aid from my university was actually very painless. They have a efficient system that allows you to track what you qualify for, deadlines to apply and many opportunities to contact and discuss your financial aid needs.

Tempe Arizona, I'd give an A+ if summers weren't so dang hot. The rest of the years is amazing.

There are really good computers in some rooms and labs and some outdated and slow equipment. Overall though they all work and use modern platforms.

I have a 30+ minute commute and park, I then ride my bike from the stadium to campus. There are a lot of buses for those who don't want to ride.
College Senior 2013-09-03T23:02:55Z
I have not experienced a heavy abundance of drug usage at ASU although I have heard there are groups who do use drugs. Mostly drinking occurs.
College Senior 2013-09-03T22:59:59Z
I am new to the campus and haven't experienced very strict policies.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
