There is a variety of food on campus. Lots of the main fast food places, Subway, Taco Bell, Panda, etc.
I do however wish they had a larger variety of health dining places.

This school is definitely a "melting pot" of culture. You have people from around the world. I definitely have learn so many things because of that fact. Its awesome to really be able to interact with people from different cultures than your own.

The Bus System running through the campus as well as the trolly system are very convenient, reliable, fast, a chill environment, clean and friendly. The trolly system runs all through the night with multiple ones arriving every few minuets.

I lived in San Pablo last year and I had a great dorm experience as a freshman. I was glad to have our own bathroom in our shared room instead of community showers. The only downside was that the dorm was outdoors, so we had a lot of little "visitors" such as crickets and bees.

When I was a freshmen I lived at PV East dormitory, and right across the hall from me were four cross country runners. I became best friends with one of them (and still are very good friends) and attended his races regularly with other people on my floor. It was a lot of fun, and supporting him by sitting in the bleachers was a total plus. Definitely get to know your hallmates if you are living in the dorms, because you'll make friendships that will last well into the future.

This school is amazing with the diversity. There is a great mix with the population. The only bad thing I would say is that becasue the school can be so diver some people of different cultures tend to stick within their parameters and not really venture off. Me personal I have friends here on campus of all different races and ethnicity, religion, and cultures and I find it fair and fun to get to know these people and there experiences in life

My process was SO hard!! I was constantly given wrong information and was being pointed in directions that didn't help me at all. The financial aid process at this school is poor. It took me calling someone high up in the financial aid department to have simple questions answered!

Parking is just way too expensive here. Students already have to pay a lot for tuitition and cost of living, then they get hit with campus parking fees( if the have a car).

Health & Safety:
I don't live on campus and I never had trouble with anyone breaking into my car or any vandelism.

Most of the times parking is great except when there is something going on at Gammage.

The student union (Memorial Union) is really nice. They have pool tables, a bowling alley, a nice selection of fast food places as well as a barber shop. The student rec center has state of the art equipment and they are currently adding on to it. Hayden library is open 24/7 Sunday through Friday, and there is almost always something going on, like the resident hall soccer game I saw the week of 3/7/13

ASU is very diverse and is home to multiple fraternities that are minority backed and two LGBT greek houses.

We dont have any discounts on any of the off-campus dining.

One think I like the most is the weather in Arizona. Particularly in the Spring time because it is warm compared to other states. However, during the summer--I would rather go to California.

I thought my college experience would of been much better however it hasnt. I dont really like the social scene here, compared to one you would see at an ivy league type of school.

There is a plethora of dining options both on and off campus. There are also restaurants for all price ranges.

There are so many major programs available. There is definitely one for everybody! The application process is very straight forward. General all college application, plus special requirements depending on the program you apply for.

ASU has a large nice campus. The social life is not easily rivaled!

Classes are very big. Campus is spread out. The campus is very nice though, and lots of places to hang out between classes.

Computers get crowded around finals but other than that its fairly good.

Great major but bad faculty. I like the atmosphere here at polytechnic but the department is so unorganized and they don't care about their students. They make it so hard for students to graduate on time. Advisors are there to just to tell you to go do all the work yourself and they will sign whatever they have to. Probably worst advisors I have ever dealt with.
College Senior 2013-03-04T21:37:41Z
No fraternity row. Everything is based off campus which sucks.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
