I don't see it happening, but I'm sure it does somewhere here.

We have a big reputation for being a party school. Mill Avenue is full of bars and night clubs.

I know the athletics, such as football, are important but I don't evolve myself or update myself on them. I get emails about only the football team in football season. Awareness for myself to be involved isn't provided.

Health & Safety:
The response time for any Safety department at ASU is great and they definitely do what they have to make sure the campus is safe.
College Senior 2013-04-08T22:55:22Z
We are definitely one of the best party schools in the nation. We also have some of the best academics in the nation, but everyone just sees ASU as a party school and it overshadows the great academics that we have.

Some of the best athletics is here right at ASU. Being party of PAC12 and actually compete in every sport has athletics being one of the best.

If you love Mexican food and American food you will love the food near campus. Its not expensive to get a fabulous burrito or a decent burger. If you're into different types of food like Thai or French you might have to travel a bit further from campus however since Tempe/Phoenix is so large you can pretty much find whatever you want for a decent price.

Guys & Girls:
The girls are hot, given the heat of arizona they often wear very skimpy shorts and shirts too. aside from that I can't give you much else.

I would say its no different that the selection at any other schools. However the Business and journalism schools are great though.

Its Arizona. The weather is fantastic save of course for the 115 days in the middle of July; but If you're not here for summer it's fantastic

The campus is pretty diverse and pretty open minded. At least in my experience.

Youll find what you're looking for on Mill ave. Trust me.

If you have money to throw away, live on campus. It's super convenient and close to classes but way too expensive. It'll cost almost the same as your tuition.
College Senior 2013-04-05T01:22:37Z
I take the intercampus shuttle and it's super convenient. Also, if you have a parking pass at one campus, you can still park at cross-parking lots at all the other campuses. At Tempe, the Flash is always running (which is free) I recommend learning its routes.

I suggest doing anything except meal plans. They are a waste and the food is horrific. I got food poisoning twice from the dining hall. If you don't want to eat there, you have to use other methods of payment and so meal plans/tickets are very pointless if you don't plan on eating at the dining halls. Also, it's always the same food and everything tastes the same.

I love being in the criminal justice program at ASU. I have had great experiences with my teachers and have learned so much information on all topics of criminal justice. ASU works with the local law enforcement agencies to get you set up to participate in an internship as well.

The weather is decent if you like the heat. If you are not a fan of the heat, you probably wouldn't be to happy at ASU.

ASU is a beautiful campus with excellent facilities that are always very well maintained. There is tons of food places close by, which makes it convenient for students to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are many clubs to join, which make the student life more fun and exciting. In addition, this is a great way for students to get to meet people. Overall, ASU is a beautiful campus.

Guys & Girls:
The school is so big that its really hard to classify all the boys and girls in one category. You will find the stereotypical college students here, HOWEVER please do not let that put you off! With a school of 70000 you will find people you click with! Also be mindful of not judging a book by its cover otherwise you could miss out on a great friendship!

The great thing about ASU is that it has all the benefits of a big school but you can still make a smaller community out of it! ASU really wants you to succeed, there are so many opportunities within each major. In addition to that they are so many resources to further your learning or career. Even the clubs on campus have many benefits and make real world impacts. There is always something to do on campus and there will be a place for you to fit in!

The dining halls usually have good breakfasts but i avoid going there for any other meal. However there are other options on campus that you can use either maroon and gold dollars at or even a meal exchange. You usually can find what you want on or near campus!

Most of the months are gorgeous in the 70s and 80s, the colder months like January get into the 40s and 50s but its still pretty mild during the day. The summer months are like death though.
College Freshman 2013-03-31T06:05:47Z
The transportation is hard to find since everything seems to go on late at night. However, the club scene is more so for 21 and older, and the those from 18-21 have a hard time finding things to do because most activities involve underaged drinking.
College Freshman 2013-03-31T06:04:17Z
Honestly, the strictness on the ASU campus is pretty high. They bust a lot of parties and usually do not allow people to get off without punishment. However, I feel that people know the consequences and therefore I appreciate when they actually put their foot down and do something about it.
College Sophomore 2013-03-30T02:12:55Z
One of the main reasons I came to ASU was because of the weather! I love the heat and the sun so I couldn't think of anywhere better. On the weekends, and even some week days, you'll find every public pool swarming with ASU students. If you like the heat and the sun, ASU is for you.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
