Could Have Been More Organized

I received my financial aid at the cost of arguing with the student services multiple times. My forms and tax papers were lost in the shuffle. I kept having to verify residency after I had been attending Arizona State for three years. I would recommend speaking with multiple financial aid advisers and making regular appointments to ensure smooth processing.

The people I've spoken with have given me constantly conflicting information. Even the supervisors don't always seem to have the answers.
