Advice on Financial Aid
Obtaining financial aid from ASU can be approached from different angles. First, there are merit-based scholarships that are awarded for a student's academic achievements alone. These awards come in three forms, the University, Provost, or Presidential scholarships. The Presidential Scholarship is the highest amount of money that is awarded. There are other types of scholarships, as well, including those for athletes, minorities, and other forms of academic-based scholarships. It is wise to submit your FAFSA as early as possible, as there is only so much money in the "pot" to be handed out. Good luck and happy money hunting!
