Student Life

ASA College campus life includes a variety of extracurricular activities. For those students wanting more casual athletic competition, intramural sports offer opportunities for basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, and tennis. Many clubs at ASA College have formed over the years addressing a variety of interests such as poetry, writing, math, chess, business, criminal justice, and salsa. Students also organize events like the Spring Festival Navruz Celebration; Navruz is recognized by the United Nations as an international holiday celebrated by over 300 million people worldwide. The school also hosted a Chinese New Year celebration. In honor of the contributions of African-Americans, and to facilitate a better understanding of United States history, ASA College sponsors a Black History Month celebration. These, and other similar events, provide students with rich cultural learning experiences.
