Culinary Arts 140 Knive Skills 2 Demo Culinary Arts 140 Knive Skills 2 Demo Since there are well more than 100 students in the demo hall kitchen, and it was hard sometimes to see exactly what transpired, even on the overhead screens, we were encouraged to take photos of the results (this was of knife skills—various cuts, fluted mushrooms, etc.), so that we could "recreate" it in our hands-on lab later in the week.
