College Prowler Take
The bar and club scene in Auburn is somewhat sparse, but students still enjoy going out to them. If you’re good on the dance floor, then you’ll only find a few spots that you can dance at. Tigris is one of the only clubs that offers a place to dance. Many of the bars and clubs are similar around downtown. Only a few are open to students under 21. They also have rules pertaining to dress code and serving of liquor. However, local bands are alive and kicking in Auburn. There are many places to hear bands play, such as the Big Blue Bagel, Buffalo’s American Grill, and Bodega’s.

Fraternity parties are always a good place for Greeks. You can pretty much find a party at a fraternity house every night of the week. SkyBar is fun when it's not Wednesday and high schoolers are there. Quixote's is always a good time, and 1716 is a good chill place. House parties are generally avoided by the time you're 20 and can find your way into a bar.

Parties on campus are super fun and crazy during football season. You have to be 19 to get into the bars here in Alabama, so that is kind of unfortunate. However, they are all really fun once you can get in. Bourbon Street is really fun on Thursday nights. SkyBar and In Italy are also great picks. SkyBar has something for all kinds of people to enjoy. Clubbing in Atlanta isn't too far either!

Parties on and around campus are mostly frats—they're decent. There are five bars in town, which makes for a pretty dead scene for a school of more than 24,000.
