Overall, students are very happy to be in Auburn. They love the people around them and the experiences that they get to have. College is what you make of it. If you sit at home and don’t do anything, then you won’t enjoy yourself no matter where you go. With all the options you have offered to you at Auburn, you have to try to not have a good time. And with a student body that is so happy to be here, it’s also hard not to get swept up in the excitement. As always, it’s a good idea to visit a college or university before making a final decision. Make sure you’re as happy and comfortable as you can possibly be. Students Speak Out

I could have gotten a full...
I could have gotten a full scholarship if I stayed in Georgia, but I came to Auburn University because I love it. They have an architecture program, the campus is great, the people are friendly, and it’s just an overall great place in my opinion (not to sound cheesy). |

The only reason that I have ever wished that I went anywhere else is because my best friends go to other schools. If you do come to school here, then get involved in something. That’s the only way you’re gonna meet other people. |

My overall experience here has been great. No problems at all. The one thing you’ll notice if you come here is how friendly everyone on campus is. That friendliness goes with you everywhere. You can be walking down the street, in some place far away from Auburn, see a fan or alumni, and exchange a hearty War Eagle (the typical Auburn greeting). The campus is big enough for a large university experience, but small enough that you don’t get overwhelmed. |

I think choosing to come to Auburn was the best decision I ever made and wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. |

Auburn is the greatest place on earth. I love it here. If you let your social life rule your academic life, then it could be trouble. You have to study here; it isn’t all parties. I had a rough time before I came here. Three colleges later, I ended up at Auburn, where my heart told me to go. |
