You may not always notice it, but many of the students on campus are from completely different regions of the United States, counties around the world, and have different pasts that led them to where they are now.

The student body is composed of people with different races, religions, age, and etc. The ethnic background is pretty balance in terms of majority and minority.

We are a racially diverse campus, and generally accepting of many different political beliefs, religions, and sexual orientations. However we are located in a very conservative area, and the majority of our student body seems to reflect that.

when I first started at ASU, there were a lot of white people, but as time went by I started noticing a wider diversity at school. There are many events for different cultures and religions. As a university that is growing and expanding, I am proud to say that GRU (formally known as ASU) is becoming more diverse in every area. Yes, it is challenging, but then again this is college. And it will continue to get more challenging due to the merge with Georgia Heath Sciences University. Therefore, I would like to wish all good luck wherever you attend school!
