The most noticeably used drug on campus is definitely alcohol. There is no real pressure to partake, and most students drink simply because they like it. Students who are 21 or older are allowed to have alcohol in their rooms, but younger students may not. If caught with alcohol, students under 21 can be subjected to legal and disciplinary penalties. There isn’t a lot of noticeably drunken behavior at the school, except maybe at the Pub, but that's probably to be expected. As far as enforcement of the alcohol policy is concerned, there isn’t really an overbearing strictness.
Aside from alcohol, there isn’t any other drug usage at the school—or at least, nothing particularly conspicuous. There is no tolerance of drugs at the school, and because of the illegality of the selling, buying, and consumption of drugs, students who are caught with drugs can face punishment by the University and the police. In general, though, there really is no drug scene at the University. There's a fair share of drinking, but no drugs. All in all, the atmosphere stays pretty clean.
