Averett University Parking was reviewed by JulissaBlair
B+

Parking your first car at Averett is free, if you have more than one car on campus the university only charges you $2 for another permit. You do know really need a car, they provide shuttles to take people to off campus classes and you can schedule rides to airports when it is time to get home for breaks. There is usually always a place to park near your room or classes.

The network is reliable and if there is a problem such as a virus the IT department will fix it quickly and send out emails to let everyone know about the virus and that they have or are trying to fix it. There are several computer labs in fact the library has two labs inside of it and the Success Center has about three. There is also a Mac lab and another lab in the the building that contains the Cafeteria. All of these labs are well stocked and have printers in most of them. Having your own computer is nice for either your own personal benefit and for not having to rely on when the labs are open.

Averett University Facilities was reviewed by shepardrocks

Averett is mostly an Equestrian and Aviation driven place. What is really cool about Averett is that if you do not fall into those two catagories it is okay because the professors are amazing and you can fit in no matter what. Plus in the Equestrian program they have Novice riding classes you can take so even if that is not your field of interest you can give it a try. The facilities are in great condition and they have the best equipment for your field of study.

Averett University was by the far the prettiest and cleanest campus I had ever visited when I was college hunting. Everything is close by and the facilities are in top notch condition. When you arrive you think to yourself "Wow I could really call this place a second home". There are plenty of clubs and groups to join and Averett does a good job of introducing the incoming freshmen to these clubs and groups through a club fair they host at the beginning of every semester. There are beautiful green areas for students to lay out on the lawn and the groundskeepers do an amazing job of making the campus look incredible to not just the incoming students but to the students already there. There are plenty of places for students to hang out such as the front porch tot he Main building of the school.

Averett University Drug Safety was reviewed by shepardrocks
A-

Everyone knows that a college will have drugs and alcohol but at Averett it is really hard to tell unless you purposefully look for it. It also depends on who you hang out with. Drugs are not that big of a deal but there is of course alcohol but honestly it happens at every college.
