Safety is good

(I totally forgot about safety part in my last post lol). Safety is really good actually. I mean, I have grown up in New York City my entire life and I am not comfortable being out past 10pm. At Babson me and my friends were just chillaxing outside at 1am talking and I felt no worries at all. My only thing is that I believe campus lighting can be a little better. But, I guess when you are living in Wellesley, which by the way is a very wealthy suburb, there really isn't anything to worry about. For goodness sake, we are right across the street from an enourmous country club. I don't think rich folks would put their precious country clubs across the street from South Central, Compton, or any infamous neighborhood.

Babson does a good job promoting healthy living

I think Babson does a good job promoting healthy living. There is a nutritionist you can go to if you would like to plan out a healthy diet. Babson also gives sports club advantages. They also have certified psychologists you can speak with for 10 sessions free per semester (after that your insurance must cover it or you have to pay). Webster is a pretty cool place to work out with friends and students also can take free Zumba classes along with martial arts classes. I think it just needs to be put out a little more because these opportunites are great.

Emergency Lights Make Nice Decoration

As a campus tour guide I always make sure to point out the emergency blue lights on campus. Their primary purpose is supposed to be in case of emergency if someone feels unsafe, but I only know of 3 instances when someone has used them. 1) A person was simply too lazy to walk all the way across the small campus 2) A person slipped and broke their leg (in our lovely New England weather, I'm sure) 3) Someone was testing if they actually worked since they never get used. As you can see, Babson is perfectly safe; I even leave my door unlocked even if I'm not in my dorm room because I know and trust the other people in my dorm enough that I know nothing will happen.
