Very Good Communication

Financial Aid department is very helpful in walking us through the complicated and tasking steps every semester. They always are able to answer my questions over the phone and helped me addtionally when needed.

Great, but Not as Easy as I Thought

The employees at Lucina Hall were very knowledgeable about the Financial aid process, and knew exactly what to do. However, the process of receiving financial aid seemed very slow, and sometimes paperwork ended up sitting in a location and just had to be processed, but it took weeks to do so.

Money Money

The only negative thing about my school is the financial aid process. I am really struggling to pay for college and my parents are only helping a certain degree but because my dad makes X amount of dollars my school gives me NOTHING. I am a Deans Honor roll student and work really hard at applying for scholarships but never get anything. They could change things a bit.
