Grads Entering Job Market 6 Months: 50%
Advice on Finding a Job/Internship Bard is not notorious for catapulting its graduates directly into the mainstream workworld. Many Bardians go on to pursue vocations in the arts and humanities, preferring the reward of doing what they love to the more transient perks of a sizable salary. It never hurts to visit the Career Development Office early on. For one, Bard students have access to some great internships, so start networking during your summer timeoff. Also, if you’re planning on making a résumé for summer work, Career Development can provide you with an up-to-date guide on formatting and presentation.
