    Coldest Winters

Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

A typical week in Miami is sunny, warm, and amazing! The weather is perfect for spending days at the beach, eating outside, partying, or just meditating under the sun. However, although Miami weather is nice, there are a few rainy days every week, so you’ll definitely want to bring an umbrella. But not to worry, a few minutes or hours later, and the sun will be shining once again.

While New York gets chilly in November, Miami residents are still walking in shorts and tank tops or tanning at the beach—this city truly makes all Northerners jealous during the colder months. But, as great as the weather is in Miami, it can get cold in mid-winter here, too. Many students are disappointed when this happens because they expected sunshine all the time and did not prepare for the possibility of a cold front, so make sure to bring some warm clothing, as well. Luckily, the cold never lasts for long. Around late February, you will be wearing shorts again, tanning at the beach, and doing yoga in the sun. So, if you want nearly constant warm and beautiful weather, Miami is definitely the place for you!
