hi i have a 2.0 gpa but a killer application essay, letters of rec, and extra curriculars do you think i should apply?

Hmm that's a toughie. I'd say if you could bring your GPA closer to a 3.0, yes. But if not, you might not want to considering they want to make sure that you can academically handle coming here.
