Scholarships at Admission

really the only financial aid Belmont gives out are the merit based scholarships you are automatically considered for when you apply. other than that, you're on your own.

Major-Specific Scholarships

Belmont doesn't give many general scholarships right off the bat, but there are a lot of opportunities for major-specific scholarships or study abroad. Make sure to apply for scholarships under your major, especially if you're music business or performance!

Advice on Financial Aid

Get your FAFSA in as soon as possible. The first time you have an issue with financial aid (and you most likely will have some), schedule a meeting with one of the counselors. Get the counselor's email address, and if you have any more problems, email them directly. If you just call the office, you'll get a different person every time and probably end up with conflicting answers to your question.
