Interviews & Information Sessions
You can contact the Admissions Office to set up a campus interview, but they also offer hotel interviews throughout the country during the fall and winter.
Campus Tours
Regularly scheduled campus tours with a current student leave from the Admissions Office, located on the first floor of Middle College. Tours are offered during most weekdays as well as most Saturday mornings during the academic year.
Prospective Weekend
A day or two’s worth of activities will be pre-planned and customized to your interests. Visiting students will be given a range of options, including class visits, information sessions, admissions interviews, and campus tours, from which to create their own itinerary. Look at www.beloit.edu/admissions/ to see when open houses and hotel interviews are scheduled.
Overnight Visits
During the regular academic year, with the exception of Friday and Saturday evenings, they offer prospective students an overnight stay with a student host in one of the residence halls, as well as meals in the College dining hall. No overnight hosting can be scheduled on weekends, during exam periods, or during breaks between terms. Students get the most out of visits when they are scheduled for days when classes are in session and faculty are on campus. Be sure to let them know your academic areas of interest, and they will try to accommodate you with class visits in those disciplines. During the campus visit, students may go to classes and meet with faculty, coaches, and music directors, as well as an interview with admissions counselors.
