College Prowler Take
If the Campus Police log is any indication of which drug is the most prevalent, it would appear there are a lot of stupid pot smokers who don’t put a towel under their door and get busted not only for the smell but also for possession. Alcohol use is widespread, and it’s not uncommon for students to start drinking Thursday night and go until Monday night. The peer pressure to indulge can be stronger in larger cliques such as sport teams and fraternities, but if you choose not to booze, just be prepared to pitch in a helping hand when your roommates come back from a party and can’t make it to the trash can fast enough.
As with most schools, it you want drugs, you will find a way to get them. Don’t expect to be at an on-campus party and have someone offer you questionable pills or powder because it won’t happen. People either know there are drugs here or they don’t.

Drinking is no more prevalent here than at any other school. Drugs are obviously also on campus, but only if you seek them out. I've never been pressured to do any drugs here.

Drinking is the most popular activity on the weekends. There are drugs around, but everything depends on who you're hanging out with.

I know where they’re at when or if I want them, but probably the opportunities are pretty darn small compared to most colleges. Then again, we’re in New England, and we all smoke weed here. |
