College Prowler Take
This is a campus filled with pretty people, and most of them know it, too. It’s unfortunate, but the prettier girls do get stuck in the stereotype of being stuck up and high maintenance. There are always large groups of girls walking to class together, and it is very common to remain friends with that same large group throughout your four years. The guys are generally laid-back in a social setting, but they can also be ruthless in a business meeting. Some frat guys get a bad rap of being pigs and preying on freshman girls, and while those guys do exist, not all males give off the shady vibe. However, once cliques are formed, it can be very hard to become friendly with someone in another established clique. At parties, especially those hosted by frats, the flirting and sexual innuendos can be taken to a new level. Combine good-looking people with unlimited amounts of beer, add them to a small space with loud music, and the recipe for disaster is inevitable. “Hooking up” on campus can refer to anything from making out to having sex, and caution is necessary when using this term when trying to be discreet. An average student is relatively...
An average student is relatively well-off, intelligent, and social. Most of the people who go to Bentley are leaders in their own right. Students here work hard and play hard on the weekends. There are more guys than girls—I think the ratio is around 60:40—but this is no liberal arts school. Almost everyone is well groomed and presentable. There aren't lot of scummy-looking people, but there are some scummy-acting ones.

FactsBirth Control Available?
Yes - Condoms are available in health services for free. Female students can have an exam at health services, but they need to have birth control prescriptions filled at a local pharmacy. Sometimes, if it is the first time a female is going on birth control, the nurse will give out a free pack of pills. Emergency contraception is available, also.
Social Scene
Get ready for high school all over again. The amount of "cliques" on campus can be intimidating to the shy computer information systems major, but don't worry, you will find your clique soon enough, and the social order will continue without a hitch. The social elite at Bentley can often be seen within the Greek organizations, but they are present in the varsity sports scene, as well. You may have to look hard to find people you get along with, or you may find your best friend on your floor freshman year; really, it's all about luck.
Hookups or Relationships?
Go to any party, and this question can easily be answered. There are lots of random hookups, mostly occurring under the influence, that will be forgotten (if need be) the next day. The smallness of the school can be virtually impossible to ignore if you want a hookup to remain a secret; there's no six degrees of separation here—try three degrees instead. Most people who are in relationships are involved with other Bentley students. This can be disgustingly cute in the early stages of relationships, when canoodling couples are seen holding hands on the way to class and kissing in the hallway.
Best Places to Meet Guys/Girls
Whether you are walking to class, checking out a book at the library, or ordering a beer at the Pub, you can find an attractive people anywhere on campus. The truth is, there is no one "main" place to meet guys and girls because the campus is crawling with beautiful people. That said, the pressure can be intense to maintain a certain level of grooming and upkeep in public, even for those dreaded 8:30 a.m. classes. When the pressure mounts, students head to the gym to attempt to stay fit and lean, making the elliptical machine a key spot to check out the opposite sex's goods. Because most dorm room parties will have a large number of familiar people, frat parties can be used to meet new people to randomly hook up with, yet they seldom lead to long-term relationships. If traditional ways of meeting people fail, just wait until spring when everyone is restless and ready to peel off the sweaters and lay out on the Greenspace in their new bathing suits.
Dress Code
A quick survey of a typical Bentley classroom will reveal a number of students who came to class "dressed to impress" in their Gucci suits or Armani pants, mixed in with those who prefer American duds like Polo or Ralph Lauren. You never have to worry about whether you think you're overdressed for class because, chances are, someone will top you. Many international students love the designer look, and any girl in the sorority DPhiE can be seen wearing Tiffany jewelry and outfits straight out of Sex and the City. If you want comfort, keep those sweats handy, but only wear them to the gym to avoid strange looks walking up the stairs. There are plenty of cliques on campus that continue wearing their Abercrombie uniforms from high school; however, chances are it's only a matter of time before they give in and buy a Prada purse or Burberry scarf.
