Financial Aid

The financial aid here didn't help me what's so ever. When going into a meeting with them they didn't offer any assistance and didn't really care about the amount I had to pay. If you want to receive financial aid, you're better off getting as much scholarships outside of the school that you can. Many have had good experiences with their financial aid, however, mine were not great at all.

Financial Aid Process

I may be biased because I work for the financial aid office, but receiving financial aid and the application process is much like any other school. If you get your materials in early, it makes it easier for counselors to facilitate help. I personally had no problems in my original application, and I believe my parents have been very happy with the financial aid process.

I Got a Scholarship

The only reason I was able to go to Bentley was because they awarded me with their President's scholarship, which covered about half of the tuition thankfully. I think they do pretty well with the scholarships, and my financial aid is covering the rest almost, so they're good there too. Each semester I get book advances so I don't buy my books, Bentley does. And if there is ever anything I can't afford, I can always call someone and they'll help me out, whether waiving the fee entirely, or advising me on what to do.
