Really, the weather doesn't have much affect on Bethel Campus. It's in Minnesota so the cold comes into play but beyond the snow, the weather is great. The campus is beautiful, especially as the leaves change in autumn.

Bethel University does not have Greek Life--no sororities or fraternities on campus or off as far as I know.

Many, many restaurants are close to Bethel. Anywhere from your average McDonald's where you can get a four dollar meal, or a steak house for a more expensive evening.

There are plenty of computer labs on campus to reach whenever. These are very helpful. Also WiFi is throughout all of the buildings, making reaching the internet very easy.

Within five miles one can find Target, grocery stores, a mall, and many restaurants. This is important for me because I like to have those things in close reach if I need something.

Each facility at our University has been adequately educated to teach their subject and specific course. Each professor is passionate, both about their subject matter and the progress of their students. It is encouraging to have this in the tough curriculum each student faces. Bethel University prepares each student for the occupation they plan on pursuing.

Special study options are at each students fingertips. This is important for me because I want to know that I can get help in any subject I am struggling with.

I really really enjoy vespers and that is something that is very unique to Bethel!

Parking is limited and it is hard to get a parking pass, and if you do have one parking spots are hard to find

The Gym is just alright but there are things all of the time going down

There is always something going on every weekend to stay busy!

There is a free campus shuttle bus that stops by the local Roseville Mall as well as the nearby Super Target (which happen to be near another, smaller mall for more options). It has a generally reliable and easy to remember schedule every half hour. The reason that the grade is a B is due to occasional delays when there are traffic problems, no ability to call the current driver and find out where they are, or the lack of service hours around the holiday breaks.

My experience with the financial aid process at Bethel University has been smooth and easy. However, for a student like me it is difficult to recieve much from financial aid. I've made the Dean's List for the past two semesters since returning back to Bethel to finish my degree. Although, I do not recieve much help because it looks (on paper) as though my parents make a lot of money. Becasue of that, unfortunately I won't recieve much help from my school. This is why I am working so hard and applying for every scholarship I possibly can.

The dining center is a main attraction to visitors and is very nice. Good food and a beautiful building. There are also options with the grill and a coffee shop.

There are a few computer labs plus the library. Although only certain computers have access to certain programs for class and if that lab is being used for a class or closed for the night, etc. then it is really hard to get work done for a class that uses that specific program that is only in that lab. All computers should have access to the same programs. Also printers are down often and it can take up to 30 min. to print one sheet of paper.

Like another internet, network can be slow or no network on campus at times. But when they are up and working, the speed is effective (4G). Prining is absolutely great. There are lab tops and tablets that student can borrow and take home for up to 24 hours. In some sense, a student doesn't really need to buy personal tap top while in school.

Campus life at bethel is another great experience especially when it comes to meeting like-minded people and other Christians. However, the athletic center (especially the gym) requires some renovation or a totally new and much bigger space. Other than this, everything else on campus is great.

In my opinion, Bethel is design in a way that kind of suits students from both rich and poor background. The institution encourages every student to learn and be a goos steward. This reflected in the financial services that the school offers to students, such as the 2 types of grands that Bethel award to every CAS students (Up to $8,000) a year. Some of the academic programs are schedule in ways that conflicts with busy people's schedule.

Dining on campus is nice but food price is just costly for students who cannot afford it. Overall, I would rate the food on campus excellent. There variety of options to choose from when it comes to dining.

I am a nursing major and I have been amazed at how much I have been able to learn in a relatively short time, mainly because of the varied teaching styles of the professors and their willingness to help with any questions. Every one of my professors have had experience in the field, and many of them work in the field part time while also teaching. Class sizes are fairly small and professors get to know each student by name. Professors are almost always willing to take the time to help any student who asks, and there are free tutors if the student needs a bit more help. The nursing lab is state of the art new with working robotic simulation dummies and open hours to fit any schedule. Upperclassmen are usually studying in the fishbowl and willing to help with any questions too. Two+ years of clinicals help with real world experience, working in hospitals and getting to know the people in them before going out on your own.

I think the strictness of the school fits pretty well. They are strict about things that matter but also laid back enough so you can still have fun and enjoy your college experience. I think the strictness of the drinking policy and partying makes it easier to concentrate on your school work and not have those distractions of others being loud.

The computers at Bethel are very good. They have both PC's and Mac's available for use and they all work fairly well. It is expected that when a ton of people are in the computer areas and all trying to login in at the same time that it will be a little slower, but once you are on the internet it is quite fast. There are also plenty of computers to use so you don't have to wait in line.

There is a lot of diversity on campus. There are people from every ethnicity, background, and economic status. I think people are very open to diversity at Bethel and it makes it a very loving place.
